Your product is marked with this symbol. This means that at the end of its service life it should not be mixed
with the non-classified household scrap. Disposal of same should be carried out correctly and in an environ-
mentally respectful way, in compliance with the corresponding local and national regulations.
The dismantling of the air conditioner, as well as the treatment of refrigerant, oil and other components,
should be carried out by a competent installer in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Problem Cause
The unit is completely inoperative. - No power supply.
- Main switch is off.
- Power supply is insufficient.
- ON/OFF set to OFF.
- Control system failure.
The unit stops after being turned on. - Condensing unit air intake or discharge obstructed.
- Incorrect operation of control circuit.
- Outdoor temperature is above 43° C in cool mode.
Does not cool sufficiently. - Dirty air filter.
- Too many sources of heat in the room.
- Doors or windows open.
- Air intake or discharge obstructed.
- Temperature set too high.
- Refrigerant leak.
- Trouble with the temperature sensor.
Does not heat sufficiently. - Dirty air filter.
- Doors or windows open.
- Air intake or discharge obstructed.
- Temperature set too high.
- Refrigerant leak.
- Outdoor temperature is below -5° C.
- Incorrect operation of control circuit.
Indoor fan inoperative in heating mode. - Pipe sensor in incorrect position.
- Pipe sensor off.
- Damaged pipe sensor cable.
- Electric capacitor leakage current.
4. Operating modes
Cooling
In accordance with the differential between
the ambient and programmed temperatures,
the microprocessor starts the unit in cool
mode.
- If ambient temperature is above the
indicated temperature, the unit operates
in cool mode.
- If ambient temperature is below the
indicated temperature, the compressor
turns off and only the indoor unit fan is
operative.
- Temperature scale is from 16° C to
30° C.
1. Press ON/OFF button and the unit will
start.
2. Press MODE button until Cool mode is
reached.
3. Press
FAN button to select fan speed.
4. Press TEMP button to adjust the unit to
the desired temperature.
Heating
- If ambient temperature is below the indi-
cated temperature, the unit operates in
heat mode.
- If ambient temperature is above the
indicated temperature, the compressor
and outdoor unit fan turn off and only the
indoor unit fan is operative.
- Temperature scale is from 16° C to
30° C.
1. Press ON/OFF button and the unit will
start.
2. Press
MODE button until Heat mode is
reached.
3. Press
FAN button to select fan speed.
4. Press TEMP button to adjust the unit to
the desired temperature.
Note: This function is not available on Cool
Only units.
Dehumidification (Dry)
- If ambient temperature is above the
indicated temperature, the unit operates
in cool mode.
- Temperature scale is from 16° C to
30° C.
1. Press ON/OFF button and the unit will
start.
2. Press MODE button until Dry mode is
reached.
3. Press TEMP button to adjust the unit to
the desired temperature.
Fan
- Temperature cannot be modified in this
operating mode.
1. Press ON/OFF button to turn the air
conditioning unit on.
2. Press MODE button until Fan mode is
reached.
3. Press FAN button to select fan speed.
Trouble shooting
Should the air conditioning unit not operate
correctly, please check the following points
before contacting your technical service.
